Monthly storage rate will increase to :

Back Lot-

$65 per month for open-air storage 25' and under

$75 per month for open-air storage over 25' 

Top Lot-

$75 per month for camper spots

$130 per month for Covered-storage spaces

Discounted rate is available for yearly contracts paid up front.

All credit and debit cards are charged a 3.5% processing fee.

Storage agreement must be filled out completely, signed and approved by management prior to drop-off.
