2024 Winterize Packages
Service Call: $75
Dockside service is available anywhere on Smith Mountain Lake.
This fee pays for: fuel in the work truck and/or work boat; the insurance we must carry to safely provide dockside service and tow services; time needed to source and gather materials needed for the job.
Please make sure lift power is on and keys are available prior to our arrival.
A $25 inconvenience fee will be charged if keys and/or power is not available, resulting in a return trip needed and/or a +15 minute delayed start time.
Please let us know key location and any directions needed for power at time of booking.
If you are not comfortable leaving keys in the ignition or glove box, we recommend dropping keys off at our office prior to service; putting keys in the dockhouse and giving us a spare dockhouse key; putting a lock with a code on the dockhouse; or hiding keys inside the boat near the battery, anchor or ski locker. We will put keys back in the same location when service is complete.
Please contact our office with any questions.
